I competed in my first competition last year called the Oklahoman where I won the Heavyweight division in the novice and placed second in HW in the open. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years and I plan on doing another competition next year. This stack allows me to add lean muscle tissue during the offseason without gaining to much body fat. I usually have 2 scoops of isopure first thing in the morning with my vitamins and 5 grams of glutamine. The lean mass matrix is used as a snack between breakfast and lunch and sometimes in the afternoon as well. I take the NO Xplode as I drive to the gym so it kicks in right about the time I am done warming up. Post-workout I have 2 scoops of isopure with 4 scoops of DGC.
